Hi, I'm Sierra
I'm married to my high school sweetheart + am raising the most beautiful, smart, imaginative, & empathetic little lady. I've been a photographer for 10+ years now, but truly didn't run this ship like the amazing business it is now until she came along 6 years ago. I was a high school English Teacher for 5 years, and for the first 2.5 years I taught, I treated my photography as more of a side hustle than a career. It wasn't until I was juggling teaching + photography + motherhood that I knew I needed to choose, and my heart was not willing to give up photography.
That pushed me to pursue further education, turn my business model upside down, specialize in seniors, + push myself harder than I thought I could. It came with a lot of missed sleep and too many tears, but mostly lots of prayers. God truly brought so many aspects of our life together to help me be where I am, doing my dream job + getting to spend more time at home with my baby girl, and the thank you's I send his way will never quite be enough.

Working with seniors brings me so much joy! I still shoot couples, weddings, newborns, + more, but senior photography absolutely has my heart. I love getting to know my seniors one-on-one and watching their confidence grow. Cheesy as it may sound, there is a noticeable difference in how they carry themselves from the beginning of the shoot to the end. ​
+ I would be lying if I said I don't love that seniors help keep me young, too. :)
