I'm Sierra. You may know me as the creative mind behind Sierra Sugg Photography, but when I walk away from the camera, editing, and blog posts, I'm the wife of a cool dude and mama to the most beautiful, brown-eyed baby girl. I grew up in Blue Eye, Missouri and lived there until packing up and shipping out to Dry Fork, Arkansas, where I now reside with my high school sweetheart and our precious chica.
People often ask what got me started, but I'm never quite sure how to answer. It started with an obsession over editing poor-quality pictures with a free app on my phone, and blossomed into a career I love. In the beginning, I basically had no idea what I was doing and very little money to get me where I needed to be (insert intense cringe and face-palm). Since then, I've studied, shadowed, hustled for free, saved, practiced, messed up, refined, grown, and created a brand that makes me proud. I have worked with dozens of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri seniors, and have had multiple national features in Senior Year Magazine and Senior Inspire.
As a photographer, I am blessed to have the opportunity to capture photos that portray the beauty in God's creation─whether it be in a smile or the nature that surrounds my subjects. I strive to be unique, incorporating my personal style that is a mix of both modern and timeless.
